We are currently talking with an attorney in VA regarding filing a suit against Nationwide Abstrax.  I have asked him if I could get a few other companies similar to mine together and we pool our money and we make it one suit to collect the monies owed to all of us.  Hopefully that is possible. Maybe it would be worth our while if we could bring down the cost to each of us.  I will let you know what he says. If interested, email me.  Because I don't think I better post here what our next steps should be.
