Ben at Veracity here. I hope all is well. I have a question.
If a client made it possible for you to send them text messages, so that you could quickly submit status updates on urgent orders, would you?
To be clear: I am not asking about the client sending text messages to you. This would be strictly one-way. You're out at the courthouse, you realize Order # 24-12345 won't be ready until tomorrow; you send a text message saying "Order 24-12345 ETA 3-27".
I ask about this because many abstractors still spend all day out on the road, and it's not always easy to send emails from your phone.
