This is a great post.. a company that will not pay for copies, when the abstracter tells them they need them to complete the order.. This is why we dropped you. Kicked you to the curb.. The licensee tells you what you need, especially when it comes to tax liens and other open liens. Not only did we kick this company to curb...we cancelled their insurance on that order.

Good luck finding another abstracter willing to write out every detail of the abstracting for you
