NEEDED: Idaho abstract company/abstractor

Members Title has a need for a title searcher/abstractor (or company) in the state of Idaho, with an understanding of the FNMA guidelines. 

• The scope of the subject property searches can vary from current owner, to 2-owner, to a full 50+ year search, along with corresponding updates. 
• There will need to be a demonstrated understanding of state statues to satisfy search requirements. 
• ETA/SLA turn times will be at a premium with current owner/2-owner/updates needed within 48 hours, and 30-year+ in 3-5 days. 
• There will need to be a formatted property report to submit electronically
