I believe that Jay's former CFO is his wife, Kristi, and the address of Covenant Research is Jay and Kristi's home address.  A look at the Missouri Secretary of State records for Covenant Research indicates that the "agent" for the corporation is Kristi L. Eth, also known as Kristi Eth-Duncan.
