Recently I received notification that a certain Title company was threatening to sue my company for slander due to the fact that my company named them personally as a company who would not pay for services performed for them on their behalf.  Only after posting on this website did they decided to pay for services.  They were notified by voice mail that they had failed to pay the invoice that they received on two occasions.  I need to know if this is indeed slander by stating fact between two proprietary companies.
