It's been a long time since we've delved into this topic.  What is everyone using for software?  Any recommendations?

 Failing that, would anyone be interested in cloud-based abstracting software for the abstracting industry only (no closings, no title insurance modules) if I had something created?  If no one has any good recommendations, I AM having something created for my company.  The question is whether anyone else would be interested in it after I'm done?

if interested, three more questions:  roughly, how many searches did you do last year? how many users would you need? and what state are you in?
