Source of Title Forums: I'm done with "gap searches"

I'm over giving ANY kind of a break to a client who does the easy work on an order but then expects us to do a "doc retrieval" on some 40 (or 50 or 60) year old deed. At one point, I was willing to discount from our full search fee, but not any more. DONE. FINIS. Can't do it yourself?
