Now there are a couple interesting parts to this.
The first was the address, Ste 800 but the 3rd floor...hmmm.
Called the Radisson (correct street name spelling) and they said that the 3rd floor is hotel rooms and that Joy It Consulting is not one of the businesses on the 8th floor.
Another item, you have to be licensed in Missouri to even to do document retrievals and of course they don't have a license.
So you may want to steer clear.
