Hello Warriors of Title.

Inspired by a conversation with my long-time no-relation friend Jay Duncan (LOL) what states require licences to conduct title search? Do you (the audience) work in a on-site-only state? Which is it?

So far, in my new home of California, it is online BUT the interface, in my opinion, is not as user-friendly/easy to navigate as the county ROD systems I utilized in North Carolina.
