Does anyone have a handle on this company

and/ or its President a Mr.  Sylvester ( Rusty) Robinson III ?

Shows a  website, but  it isn't  operational .  Facebook page

is very scant with the last posted reviews being in  2014.

Seems  very iffy at best.  Any help will be most welcomed.
