Has anyone worked with Zapdesk?

I went to their website, zapdesk.com and their US side address appears to be a virtual office.

They have requested two different searches within the past week, one in Missouri and the other in Illinois.  When I asked for them for payment up front and a US side contact person, phone number, address and a copy of their Missouri license (have to have one in Missouri boys and girls just to do a document retrieval) I end up getting a cancel notice on the first order and another cancel notice on today's order with a message saying they will send me a US side contact person and number. 

Things that make you go....hmmm.
