They have been around for a long time.  Not fond of their 49-day pay policy which OBVIOUSLY means they pay you after they get paid by their client but they are nothing but kind and friendly to work with.  I have said a few things about their policy as I believe more good abstractors would work for them with greater cheerfulness if they had a 30-day policy but at the same time they ALWAYS pay with no hassle.  

ProTitle USA is another good client who automatically pays, no fuss.  Very happy with them.
