Has anyone done work for or have an opinion about MTS Group?

Their address is 12 Sheila Court, Pittsburgh, PA (a residence).  As a "Foreign Limited Liability Company"  I assumed they were headquartered in India. Recently, they've approached me for quotes and ETA's on commercial work. Does anyone know if they are legitimate?
