Good afternoon,

I've been developing software that I feel is missing from our industry and could be beneficial to title searchers nationwide. It is a title production platform allowing title searchers to organize, produce, and store their title summaries (as well as title search documents) online and have them privately accessible.  The software is being developed so that it can scale with the size of the company (from an individual abstractor up to a multi-state entity). 

I am hoping that there are a few title searchers on this forum that are willing to help test and use this system while it is being finalized.  This will give you an opportunity to have ground-level input on how the system is structured, a voice on the feature roadmap, and also use of the system cost-free during development.   When the system is launched, there will normally be a setup fee but those involved in the beta test will have this fee waived.
