UNIONTOWN, Pa. — The Fayette County Courthouse is being closed to the public, following recent positive tests for COVID-19 by some county employees, the county commissioners said Tuesday.
Courts will be open for emergency matters and some previously scheduled events, the commissioners said. Masks will be required in the building.
Anyone who needs to contact a county office is asked to call, email or go to
fayettecountypa.org.
Restrictions for the county offices are set to continue until at least Aug. 13.
The courthouse will remain closed until further notice.
