Just letting everyone know that when you send a request for a “deed search” that puts a search back 50 years but you don’t want the grantor index checked because you don’t want to pay the full search fee I know you’re passing the search off as a full search to your client. You’re committing fraud and I will have no part in it. When you don’t use local Abstractors this is what happens.
