The Perry County, Ohio, Recorder's office is leaving USLandrecords and is switching to FIDLAR. Also, mid to late November of this year the Fairfield County, Oho, Recorder's office is doing the same. It is unclear how long there will be an overlap of access to USLandrecords once these two county Recorder's office makes the switch, but if there is any, I don't expect to be very long. The Perry County Recorder's office is having training sessions this week. Due to covid restrictions each session only has a few trainees and by appointment only. As I know more regarding the switch for Fairfield County, Ohio, Recorder's I will share that information.
