I have mixed reviews on Qualia.

1. Its like the Uber of Title Search. They take a fee off every order you get. Keep in mind of this as you have to make a profit...

2. In order to get orders even offered to you you have to set your fees up to where they are against your competitors. Remember how I said they skim the fee and you have to make a profit?

3. It is super inflated (EVERYONE....is in it). They approached us to onboard when we first launched and we have never gotten a single order from it. 

4. I am no Attorney, but it seems to me that if the Attorney really cared about you *or anyone) they would go to you direct, rather than putting a Vendor Marketing Platform between you and them. I do not manage vendors (I am on the client side) but I would just go direct to vendors. Less headache. 

I would approach the Attorney directly and say "Here is the deal. If you need vendors and quality work, work with me direct instead of putting a Digital Marketing Platform between us. Cut out the middle man."  Heck, I would even offer a small discount (knock off a few dollars maybe?) in exchange for locking in their work...
