Just received an unsolicited vendor agreement package from this company. Contact is someone named James Abramo. Looks legit as there is a 20 page partner agreement but funny thing is that there is not a phone number or physical address listed anywhere in the materials. They have included W9 form and direct deposit info. In today's world this seems like it could be a phishing scam. Anyone heard of this company or is doing business with them?
