[-] Payment Terms = Payment Up Front - David Beloff/VA (6 replies)
2/5/2021 10:56:52 AM (2643 views)

I'm just wondering, when discussing payment terms with new clients, why don't more abstractors require payment in full up front paid via paypal or overnight check and THEN start working on their orders? Perhaps this method should become standard for ALL new clients the first few times we work with them instead of (possibly) getting rooked and being hesitant to take on new clients? This method has been great for us and if the potential client doesn't like the terms, think of it as dodging a bullet and move on.

 A pre-paid penny for your thoughts.  : - )
