Source of Title Forums: Ground Abstractor Price Increases

I ask because I have a moral dillema: when we need something to go to ground in GA or TN or something, we are being quoted ENORMOUS amounts. Recently:

90 Dollars for a ground document retrieval, plus $2.00/page
240 and 450 dollar quotes for fulls in GA, TN, and other states

Is this normal? If so, why?? Email me me. Your insight is totally anonymous.
