So this is the email I received after trying to contact them for weeks. Of course none of this was mentioned when they assured me payment would be made in full on 7/15/2021, which it wasn't.

We would like to request you to contact the prior owners of the company for the pending payments till 01/01/21. As we are the new member of Sanrit Technologies since 01/01/21 we will not be responsible for the services which were done until 01/01/21.

We will be responsible only for the services which were done to sanrit technologies after jan-2021, Please send us the invoices from the date requested so we can verify and make the payments accordingly.
