This post really saddens and annoys me. We helped XPRESS TITLE ( Maryland) get started back in 2001 and have been a dedicated abstractor to them. We had them on a cancellation policy yet, not once but, twice, found things of record we were told cancelled. After finally collecting what was owed to us, we took them off the cancellation policy. They continued to order title work, to date, MANY REQUESTS have been sent to Kevin Grabau and his staff re payment . We get ignored!
