Just dropping by to share my experience with Abstractor Pro....

Let me first say that we provide title searches for the State of Florida and for many years we have done everything the old fashioned way and have maintained our client records on our own server and typed reports and invoices from forms that we created. Our system was outdated but we made it work for a long time.

I finally decided to take a look at the programs that were out there to help with our work flow and stumbled upon Abstractor Pro.  I quickly found that most programs out there had so many things that a title searcher doesn't need and the cost of the programs was well out of our budget.  This program had everything we were looking for to manage our clients, store our reports and documents, and create monthly billing reports without the title insurance side of things that we did not need.

I watched every YouTube tutorial they had before contacting them and then scheduled an appointment for a virtual walk through. They walked me through everything I needed and I find this program to be very intuitive and easy to navigate. It took just a couple of hours for me to set up and customize everything.

It has increased our efficiency and thereby increased our turn around time. Pulling up previous searches and files is a breeze. The title report that is generated is easy to navigate and our accounting time has been cut significantly with the invoicing side of the program.

I've worked with James to customize a few things to our liking and he super responsive and has met every single request we've asked for.

I highly recommend this program. If you have any questions about it, I'd be happy to answer them. I'm not affiliated with them in any way...just a very happy customer!
