Just a reminder. With all these new companies appearing and asking for quotes, copies of our E and O Insurance, pricing, ETA, etc. Let's keep in mind. That some companies are not legitimate companies. I suggest researching a new prospect before handing over your E and O Certificate and other information. I have been told that some companies will take your Certificate and add their company name to it. Try calling the phone number listed in their solicitation email. I do my investigation even prior to filling out a Vendor packed which many contain payment information (checking and other account information). Many companies act as if they have an office in the United States. Google the address to see if it is an actual office or P.O. Box. The title shysters are getting trickier all the time.
