I've recently come across numerous negative experiences shared on social media about Leah Dominguez (leahdominguez72@gmail.com). She consistently fails to pay for the services she initially agrees to cover. Unfortunately, my firm has also fallen victim to this, suffering significant financial loss. Our abstractors were urgently tasked with conducting current owner searches for several properties, but Leah never responded to our payment requests. I'm sharing this to warn others and prevent them from falling for this SCAM.
