Hey is anyone else having trouble collecting from Mortgage Connect? I have an invoice that is over 60 days. I received several emails stating there was some random issues with the submission of the invoice for this order, but was assured it was fixed and a check would be issued. This went on for a couple weeks. Over a week ago I spoke to Frank in vendor management and he stated he had escalated my payment and that I would hear back from him confirming payment date. Still haven't heard back. Just want others to beware they seem to be having issues paying vendors.
