Yes, it does! They sent me a quote request, but I didn't hear back from them, so I assume they found someone a little cheaper to do their job, and that is okay. Mississippi is a very rural state and the counties, save two or three, require boots on the ground searching. Most of the travel is done on two lane state highways, with a double yellow line in many places, so if you get behind a log truck or a farm tractor, you're just stuck there. In addition, because cows, horses, and chickens don't pay cell phone bills, cell signals are spotty in many places, so no calls out and no email signal to send in orders, so all of that is taken into consideration of costs. If they found someone else, that's okay.
