I have personally tested the AI title support software from five different major providers all present at NS3 this year. I tested them on the same title orders in states they claimed were their "best available". All five services made the same mistakes, and each made unique mistakes, as well. Only one of the many mistakes made was identified by the service as a point of uncertainty. Otherwise, the services all presented their conclusions confidently, necessitating even closer review from the human proofreader.
With the billions being poured into this latest big tech Ponzi scheme, I have no doubt that it will soon enough infiltrate all corners of our working lives, and maybe someday it will actually work as promised. In the meantime, though, I can't stress this enough: The folks selling these services are allowing you to pay for the privilege of beta-testing them, with your business on the line. Caveat emptor, folks.
Let the buyer beware.
