That's great that you have been testing the different Ai software out there!
Just to clarify, Title Trackr does NOT do the search for you. Instead, we have built the software to type up your search reports.
It's as simple as dragging and dropping your search report and letting our system do the rest.
Hopefully that clarifies what we do a bit more.
