Anyone ever run into a NOTICE OF ECCLESIASTICAL.
Dealt with sovereign citizens before but this is a new one for me.
The borrower bought the property last year with a Deed of Trust but then started filing all sorts of notices and affidavits concerning Ecclesiastical.
Reading the documents it appears that she is trying to get out of paying the DOT claiming that it is a false document etc...
Thoughts?
