Hello!
I sure wasn't intending to "blast" anyone with this post. I hoped the winking emoji would convey a sense of friendly playfulness, and I think it's a stretch to read my post as anything serious.
I've never publicly attacked any abstractor by name or otherwise, not here or anywhere else. I have raised issues like this in a general sense, because I am trying to help. I am a middleman and I hear a lot about what frustrates end users (title companies, etc.) about working with independent abstractors. My only goal is to pass this along to the community.
In this case, I also thought the abstractor's typos were a little funny, and I didn't see any harm in sharing that. Who among us hasn't fat-fingered something? This is a goof we've all experienced and I would think everyone could chuckle at it. At the same time, I thought it was a decent reminder to always proofread. Only this, and nothing more.
Thank you for engaging and I hope all is well with you. Good luck out there!
Ben
