I'm super busy.

We have been using a National company that is very well-known for our Pennsylvania Tax Certificates.

However, I think there is a better option out there for us. 3-4 weeks for a Tax Certificate plus Utilities is crazy.

They are constantly trying to send it to us without the Utilities hoping to amend it later. We can't submit a partial certificate to our Clients only to amend it later. It doesn't work that way and smacks of laziness.

Does anyone have any company that they can refer in Pennsylvania that they actually get good results with? On average it's been 4-5 weeks for a TAT.
