We have been in communication with you via email and would like to formally clarify that our company has never been registered in Florida, nor have we been affiliated with any Florida-based firm.

If you have any verifiable proof to support your claims, please share it with us immediately. Otherwise, we respectfully request that you cease spreading false and misleading information.

If there are any abstractors or vendors who believe they have not been paid, we encourage them to contact us directly so we can review the matter and settle it promptly, to the best of our knowledge, nearly all accounts have been cleared. However, if one or two were unintentionally missed, we are fully willing to resolve them without delay.

Unsubstantiated allegations can cause serious reputational harm. If such statements continue without evidence, we will have no option but to pursue appropriate legal action.
