Just to share with all of you to make you aware... It looks like there is an ORC to address this. I am trying to verify. Crazy! From the Recorder's Office, Butler County, Ohio:

"Our office does not index names listed as f/k/a. We never have. We index the first way it appears in the document and n/k/a."
