Does anyone have any news positive or negative about this company? I am having an issue getting paid. They asked us to get a deed at a book and page and a plat, of course we did. They claim it is the wrong deed they needed and want to pay half. I cannot get back the time, fuel, copy fees, and parking fees. They never hired us to do a title search. I am guessing they did a search online and could not get the last vesting deed and survey which is what they ordered. It would not be their fault if the deed reference is wrong. How ever our quote was to get the deed at the book and page they provided, we never quoted to search until we found a deed. Thoughts?
