As an abstractor, I understand this response completely. But please remember you as clients are posting on a public forum complaining about a very minor issue. You are also representing your company with a spelling error in a title of a post.
The OP complained about an extra digit on the total being off because the vendor fat fingered an extra digit but laid out the fee and copy costs. AND then the client spelled a word incorrectly (fat-fingered it) in their complaint and did not review their own post.
