There is such a wealth of information on here, I hope you guys don't get irritated by my numerous questions. But, none the less, I have another scenerio I want to run by all of you and I want to see what you would do. We have a document retrieval company that sent us quite a few orders. They want full copies on all of them. Their pay system is a little confusing and we haven't gotten past checks completely figured out yet and even though they continuously pay, we're not sure where we stand on what has and has not been paid yet. So here is where it gets scary; with the amount of orders they sent us and them wanting full copies, we're looking at over a $1000.00 in copies alone. I don't know if we should ask for copy $$$ up front or not. What do you think?
