With all the talk of the pricing issue lately, I was wondering if anyone is charging these prices:

Current Owner Search - $25.00
Commercial Search - $75.00 to $100.00 (depending on detail)
Cell Tower - $100.00
Certified Copies - $10.00
Recording Info Only - $5.00
Copies - .50¢

This goes for anyone around the country, but I'd especially like to hear from anyone in southwestern Pennsylvania.  Please respond here on the board.  I'll tell you my reason for asking after I've had a chance to read some of your responses.
