Survey question - if you complete a search but the settlement doesn't take place, do you still get paid for the search?  I have one large customer that says we won't get paid unless the settlement occurs, and that they had taken a nationwide survey showing that this was normal business practice.  We're saying, hey, we did the work, we should get paid for it.  Curious to know what you guys think - and whether you do get paid when this happens.
