I have seen some posts in the past on abstracting software, but I have a question?  What does everyone use for the business end?  Is there an abstracting software that also does invoicing and payroll, etc?  I'm computer literate but not networking saavy.  I'm looking to have a program where I can log incoming orders, save the fax/email search request, log any communication concerning that order, enter the completed search into a database that will be searchable later, print a report, invoice the order, and log it to the abstractor that needs to be paid for it, and track the accounts receivable.  Right now, I'm using three different programs plus a paper log to accomplish this, but we are so busy, I feel like there certainly is a better way.  It wouldn't even need to be one program, but more than one from the same company that would "talk" to each other.  Oh, and to really fry the brain cells, I'd like my abstractors to be able to access the database (only) online so they can type in their reports from where they are.

Advice?  Comments on my sanity?
