Previously I posted a request for a survey on how abstractors treated clients who didn't want to pay for searches when the settlement didn't go through.  Absolutely every response said that the abstractor should be paid in any cause, which is how we feel about it, too.  So guess what we got this morning from that customer - not only a retraction of that position, but an apology!  LOL!!!
