I have seen the tentative 2006 conference schedule on the NALTEA website and it looks like there will be some great opportunities to learn. I don't see a slot, however, for the rank and file to chime in.
There are a whole lot of ideas floating around about what NALTEA can and should be doing, and few hands to do them all. A good exchange between the board of directors and the membership may help to determine priorities (and those who speak passionately may be persuaded to join a committee).
So, would somebody in the know give a response as to what, if any, kind of forum might take place at the conference to capture the wisdom of the rank and file?
