A favorite Nisonger Xmas Treat:

Potato Chip Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
16 tablespoons butter
3/4 cup sugar
1-1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup crushed potato chips
1 cup chopped pecans
Powdered sugar

Instructions
Cream together butter and sugar. Gradually add flour and mix well. Add vanilla and potato chips and mix well. Fold in nuts. Drop onto ungreased cookie sheets and flatten with bottom of a drinking glass which has been dipped in sugar. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 8 to 10 minutes.

Yield: 3 to 4 dozen cookies
