Lisa,
Again, your comparatives are concerning. Ray Kroc, founder of was a brilliant REAL ESTATE DEVELOPER and business man. He stated that he 'cared as much for the burger as he did the land the building sat on...', however, somehow, I doubt that! , Mickey D's is one of the most successful fast food chains in the country. Trust me when I say, that feat alone requires savvy business and vision direction and capabilities. Much greater, I am afraid, than looking up a Deed Liber and Page and pulling a reel to print off of (remember, I fed my family for years providing this very service, so please don't think I am slamming the services of the profession. Just making a very valid point).
Also, never underestimate the clothing business either. Used and new, it is a multi-billion dollar industry. Thousands of successful men and women have made their "bones" in business by recycling and remarketing used clothing. Ironically, a shop in a tiny town of upstate NY sells used clothing that I bet you a years salary you could not find a difference in when compared with the new version.
Lots of love nonetheless Lisa. You are great and I hope to meet you someday!...JT
