I have just been catching up on the postings under the heading "Seasonal Post" I have to agree with Robert that this is not an appropriate forum for religious debate, and that such debate is better left to private emails. Kurt, Scott, Judy anf Debrorah, I understand your positions. I have studied all of the religions of which you speak in years past ( Buddhism, Judaism, Christianity and also have a nodding acquaintance with the Druids. My family is Irish. . By the way Druid refers to the name of their magician/priests not to the religion). I have debated Darwin's theory of evolution with theologians when I was younger. To my amazement they were receptive . All of your beliefs have much to offer. None should be viewed as exclusive of another. Pride in one's heritage is a wonderful thing, but not to the point of turning a deaf ear to others. The diversity guaranteed by our Constitution is the stuff of which our national fabric is woven. There is room for all. I think that Martin Luther King's "I have a dream" speech sums it up best.
