Hi Judy, thanks for your kind words. No worries at all.  As you can imagine, this was a huge surprise to me once I read the posts yesterday morning. I never had a chance to respond for the 2 1/2 months these were up. Next time, I hope when someone mentions myself or my company exclusively, they have the courtesy to shoot me an email first or do even the smallest amount of research so what they say isn't totally and utterly incorrect. I deal with the age stereotype everyday. I thrive off of the criticism I receive. So truly, I have to thank some of the SOT'ers!
