You seem to be saying that it is somehow unethical for me to offer discounts to my clients unless it benefits the consumer.
My job is to go to the courthouse, research the records and report what I find. I charge a premium for this service; my price structure is designed to reward my loyal customers. I do not examine or clear the title, nor do I write the policy. Furthermore, I have no interaction whatsoever with the consumer.
Help me to understand when it became my job to police the title companies.
