I just heard, from a fellow abstractor, that Contemporary Realty Solutions, out of NY, is being sold. They owe this fellow abstractor several hunderd dollars and she thinks she is going to be stuck. Thanks to SOT and the info in threads a few months ago, I collected my debt from them and they don't owe me anything. Hope everybody on SOT was able to do the same.
